Here you will find an instruction how to send a spectroscopy instrument to JETI.

To ship a device to JETI, it is helpful to follow the shipping instructions below:

• Ship the unit(s) directly to:

• Declare the shipment as temporary export and use the appropriate customs documents
• Use the customs code number 9027 3000 (also known as TARIC code)
• Select consignee rather than exporter for duties and taxes payable by ... in the commercial invoice
• Use a small value for the returned device, e.g. EUR 500, to make the customs procedure easier
• If you add your own transport carrier account number we will use it for there shipment
• Don't forget to add the diffusor cap, if the spectral irradiance calibration shall be included
• Use the original transport box for the shipment

• If there arised any question or problem during use of the instrument, please add a description to the shipment
